These programs are the ultimate for any promotion or recognition with almost no restrictions whatsoever and a very high perceived value! • All certificates include a hotel stay with all taxes and resort fees and daily breakfast for two. (Breakfast is not included at the Hyatt Hotels & Resorts or TownPlace Suites by Marriott)
• The award winner can book their Hotel and resort stay whenever they want and can choose from a variety of locations throughout the world and most certificates are valid any day of the week.
• Easy to use! The recipient makes their own arrangements by calling a special telephone number to reserve a room and upon check-in he/she simply presents the certificate as payment.
• No dollar value appears on the certificate so it perceives a very high value.
• Each certificate is good for one night.
• The awards must be purchased as part of a bona fide incentive, motivation, recognition or promotion program, such as the following: sales incentive, dealer/distributor incentive, corporate gift program, customer promotion, employee recognition program or loyalty program.
• Awards may not be sold or bartered by you or by a travel agent or incentive company for business travel purposes. Award certificates may not be resold to the general public for individual purchase or contrary to the program outlined above.
• Awards are valid for 15 months from time of issuance. Awards are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired.
• All prices are subject to change, and reservations are subject to availability.
• Hotels and resorts participation is subject to change.
• All certificates include breakfast for two each day, including tax.
• All certificates cover room-related taxes and resort fees.
• Hotel companies reserves the right to change the participating hotel properties at any time during the term of this Agreement.
• Administration, mailing and insurance charges apply to all orders and are included in the shipping amount charged.
• We only use Express Mail or an overnight carrier due to the value of these certificates.
• A Minimum order of $1000.00 can be ordered by using a credit card or check.
